If the owner is unavailable during a scheduled cleaning time, a manager will keep the property key for safety reasons. The property will be locked securely after cleaning is completed by management.
Each customer will receive an email or text message confirming the date and time of cleaning 24 hours in advance. This message will also include information about the cleaning technicians assigned to complete their cleaning.
